・Regular shipping takes 3-5 working days and is completely free.
・Courier: FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS
・Note: Due to different distances, there will be a $200 fee for packages to Hawaii and Alaska areas.
Expect delays of up to 7 days outside of the normal 3-5 day deadline. This is due to the variable time it takes to process and approve your order.

Restrictions: Your address may be outside the EU and US and authorities may impose additional duties, fees or taxes on you that are beyond our control and you will be responsible for these charges.

Please note that due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations:European region, Islamic countries(like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc), , India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Maldives, Korea, or Alabama USA.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping from the day you place your order. All dolls are manufactured in strict accordance with manufacturing standards to ensure that the dolls are perfect. We also double check each doll before shipping to make sure you get the best sex doll.

Shipment & Tracking

Your package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Once it’s shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.

Discreet Packaging

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. Your doll is unmarked and there will be no information to indicate that it is a doll.
