We take product quality very seriously, and each doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. After receiving the doll for the first time, if you find defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or videos to our customer service email , we will find the best solution for you as soon as possible.

The customer has the right to cancel the order before shipment without giving any reason.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform our customer service email of the decision to cancel the contract in a clear statement.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse.
As long as your Tantaly product is unopened and unused, you have a 100% guaranteed return within 14 days.
The refund period will expire 14 days from the date the product is actually in possession of the customer or by a third party other than the customer's nominated carrier.
If the customer wants to return the product to us, the customer should return the product to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. (Please note that for hygienic reasons we will not accept product returns once the plastic bag has been opened unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon opening the packaging)
Please note that if you don't like an item after you receive it or use it, it doesn't count as a defect. Due to the nature of the product and its intended use, we are unable to provide a refund in these circumstances.

*Return Fees: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. Refunds may be withheld until we receive returned products.

Please note that customers must confirm the return process with our customer service email before returning the package. Packages returned without confirmation from our customer service representatives will not be refunded.
*Please contact us within 90 days of delivery so we can replace defective/incorrect items. After 90 days, we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.
1. If the customer cancels the order, we will fully refund all payments made by the customer without undue delay.
2. We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned product and completing the product inspection. (Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as a product replenishment fee)
3. If you find that the product is defective or damaged after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or videos to our customer service email , we will arrange to reship or refund you in full payment.
